SUBMISSION OF THE SECOND
INTERIM REPORT OF BRISWA 2.0
Important updates coming soon! The Second Interim Report is about to be submitted, a document that provides an overview of the progress of the project and the activities carried out so far.
At present, the Second Work Package “State of the Art Analysis” has been successfully completed. In particular, empirical research has been conducted through the analysis of international programmes and policies addressing racism, as well as through the implementation of a questionnaire designed to assess the levels of knowledge and specific needs of university students and teachers in addressing this issue.
The analysis of the questionnaire results has led to a significant milestone: the drafting of the Final Summary Report. This key document summarises the main findings of the research and provides an accurate analysis of the current state of racism in education in Europe. To ensure maximum dissemination and accessibility, we are pleased to announce that the report has been translated into three languages: Greek, Italian and Spanish. This will allow a wider audience to benefit from the valuable insights that have emerged.
The results obtained from the Second Work Package are of fundamental importance and provide a solid basis for the next phases of the project. The consortium is now ready to use the information gathered to shape the teaching materials and training course, which will be developed as part of the Third Work Package. We expect these tools to have a positive impact on the academic community, helping to promote a more inclusive and equitable environment.
