The main objective of Work Package 3 (WP3) is to develop a comprehensive university course on the topic of racism.

The training program will include materials addressing key aspects such as understanding the phenomenon, designing effective policies, and mastering communication techniques.

The main expected outcomes include:

• an analytical report on racism as a social and political phenomenon;
• the creation of an interactive learning environment to support the design of anti-racism policies;
• a module dedicated to storytelling based on data and statistics.

The course will conclude with a simulation session, during which students will be invited to engage with a realistic case of racism. In this setting, they will apply the knowledge acquired, use the developed simulation model, and refine their presentation skills.
